E-Commerce Operations Role Overview

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our fast-growing e-commerce business. As an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to account managers, including tasks such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Track inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and manage purchase orders to optimize stock management
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage email inboxes, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organizational efficiency
  • Engage with customers and community members through forums, comments, and messages to foster a positive brand image
  • Extract and organize marketing and ad performance data to inform strategic decisions
  • Assist with operational tasks requiring strong technical skills, such as troubleshooting and problem-solving
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working online
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, customer service tools, and data analytics software is highly desirable
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong organizational abilities are essential
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently is crucial
