Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the growth and development of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Walmart Marketplace and Amazon Seller Central.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings across multiple online marketplaces, overseeing marketplace operations including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and promotions. Additionally, they will conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility.

A strong understanding of e-commerce operations, compliance, and marketplace dynamics is essential for this role. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis is also required.

The E-commerce Operations Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring full compliance with marketplace policies. They will analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and coordinate with marketing teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.

Troubleshooting marketplace-related issues, including case management and performance notifications, is also a critical aspect of this role.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Walmart Marketplace and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, compliance, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience with product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
