Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar roles.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Shopify and be comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, Canva (or basic image editing tools), Klaviyo, and CMS platforms.

Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations is essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English communication skills.

The ideal candidate will work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection, and be able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining product listings in Shopify, coordinating new product launches, updating content blocks and banners on the homepage and landing pages, and supporting the build and scheduling of email campaigns.

Weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics is also required, as well as supporting the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as needed.

The role requires collaboration with Marketing teams and awareness of trading calendar plans and strategies.

Ad hoc duties may also be assigned.

Requirements:
