Highly Organised Operations Support Specialist

Behind every high-achieving leader stands an exceptional Operations Support Specialist, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and project timelines. As the right-hand to a busy CEO, you will be responsible for managing inboxes with smart triage and clear communication, owning calendar scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Organise and maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate events, partnerships, and communications
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
- 3-5 years of experience in an Operations or Executive Assistant role
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
