Detail-Oriented Operations Support Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide critical support for our eCommerce operations and IT infrastructure. This role involves monitoring and resolving system errors, as well as providing first-level IT support for system access issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor multiple integrated systems for order processing errors and identify root causes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order processing issues, ASN errors, invoice discrepancies, and fulfillment problems.
  • Document all error resolutions and maintain detailed logs of system issues.
  • Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Provide detailed shift reports highlighting resolved issues and ongoing concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • Experience with web-based applications and basic understanding of system integrations.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly with provided training.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze error patterns and identify root causes.
