We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our cryptocurrency platform. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong background in finance and technology.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing market trends. They will also be required to provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram to engage community and promote our services.
  • Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and phone channels.
  • Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  • Market Research: Keep updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
