Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our internal customers. You will respond to telephone calls and email messages from users requesting assistance with hardware, software, and telecommunications issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical concerns.
  • Log and keep records of customer queries and interpret problems to analyze possible causes of hardware and software failure.
  • Identify computer hardware, software, and telecommunications malfunctions and take appropriate action to resolve these issues while ensuring data and system integrity.
  • Conduct tests, configure, install, modify, maintain, and repair computer hardware, operating systems, applications, software patches, and updates.
  • Assist in conducting user's application testing during program implementation, migration, and system maintenance.

Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in IT systems and equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to document problems and solutions for customers and other technical support personnel.
  • Good time and project management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written.
  • Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours.
