We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.
- About the Role:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Resolves customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services offered by our clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
