Customer Service Representative Job Summary">

This is a customer service representative role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

The primary responsibility of this position is to respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  2. Manage customer relationships through effective communication, building trust, and ensuring customer loyalty.
  3. Operate multiple systems such as Opera, HotSOS, Quore, and other contact management tools to effectively manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  4. Collaborate with hotel departments to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of customer service best practices, industry trends, and new technologies.

Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using contact management and MS Office applications.
