
Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative to establish and maintain strong relationships with our small business clients. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with experience working with CRM systems and other productivity software.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing customer relationships and delivering timely value propositions
- Providing proactive communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the sales team to contribute to revenue growth and expansion
- Maintaining account retention targets by developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
- Proposing additional products and services to expand our footprint within existing accounts
You will also have the opportunity to:
- Gain first-hand customer information and make recommendations for product improvements
- Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to ensure retention and relationship stability
- Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or related role
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other productivity software
- Proven experience in case management or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
