The Customer Success Manager is a pivotal role at our organization, responsible for optimizing customer experience and driving business expansion through strategic initiatives.
This is a fully remote position that demands exceptional communication and negotiation skills to establish trust with customers and facilitate sales conversations.
About This RoleThe primary objective of the Customer Success Manager is to cultivate an in-depth understanding of our products, technology, software, and support methodologies, utilizing powerful proprietary tools to maintain regular communication with customers.
Key responsibilities include building trust with assigned customers, implementing strategic initiatives, managing proprietary software tools, and positively impacting company culture.
Requirements for Success- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- A proven track record of success in enterprise customer account management
- 3-5+ years of experience selling cloud communications, SD-WAN, security, network and internet services, managed services, and software
- Effectiveness in interacting with customer leadership teams, including presentations, demonstrations, and leading customer QBRs/MBRs
Additional requirements include strong Excel, MS Office, and computer software skills, a positive and persuasive personality, self-motivation, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
