The role of Account Growth Specialist involves overseeing daily interactions with clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and requirements. The specialist will collaborate closely with clients and serve as a primary point of contact for tactical account support, working in conjunction with the Account Growth Manager to execute account strategy and meet performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily communications with clients, addressing their requests, questions, and needs.
- Engage directly with clients and function as a key point person for tactical account support.
- Partner with the Account Growth Manager to implement account strategy and achieve performance targets.
- Review and monitor account data and performance, regularly assessing account metrics to ensure smooth management of day-to-day client experience.
- Develop and modify account-specific reports highlighting client health and performance.
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to consistently work within the Mountain Standard Time Zone (USA) - hours are 8am - 5pm.
- Consistent access to high-speed internet and reliable equipment (laptop with a functioning camera and audio).
- At least two years of experience in client-facing or account support roles (Enterprise SaaS or services industry preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive approach and strong sense of urgency.
- Prior experience in a client-facing capacity.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards client support.
