Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Amazon FBA and Seller Central accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end management of Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts, including customer service.
  • Conduct daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear communication.
  • Handle product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before they escalate.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of accountability—own your work.
  • Exceptional communication skills—anticipate problems before they arise.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
