Job Role: Account Growth Specialist
As a seasoned professional in customer success, you will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of our enterprise client base.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to customers through strategic account growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute customized growth plans for a portfolio of 40+ high-value accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Onboard new customers to ensure seamless integration of our solutions into their business processes.
- Establish deep understanding of customer business objectives and develop tailored deployment strategies to meet their needs.
- Regularly engage with clients to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Monitor customer adoption metrics to identify areas of improvement and proactively lead upsell conversations.
- Assess customer health indicators and develop proactive plans to mitigate risks.
- Provide technical support as needed to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, providing feedback to inform product development and ensure customer requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing a portfolio of 40+ accounts with a successful renewals track record, as well as experience with sales technology stacks and data analytics.
Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through account management.
• Strong knowledge of sales technology stacks and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
