Client Success Specialist Role Summary

This role is part of a Client Success team that focuses on supporting enterprise accounts.

The Client Success Specialist will work closely with the Enterprise Client Success Manager to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support that strengthens relationships and drives retention.

  • Manage daily communications for key clients, respond quickly to requests and needs, partner with the Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and meet performance objectives.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings with the Client Success Manager.
  • Monitor account data and performance metrics; create and modify account-specific reports; communicate health status to clients and internal teams.
  • Act as SME for client guidelines and ensure expectations are met.
  • Serve as internal QA resource, identify order issues and coordinate corrections with post-production and partner teams.
  • Coordinate with Client Support and Operations to drive corrective actions and proactive cross-team communication.
  • Use HubSpot to manage client interactions and updates.
  • Capture client feedback and advocate for client needs across departments.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Consistent access to high-speed internet and reliable equipment (laptop with camera and audio).
  • 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience (Enterprise SaaS or services preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior client-facing experience; ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive client support approach.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms is a plus.
