This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a skilled Account Manager to lead a portfolio of small to mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a portfolio of approximately 30–100 small to mid-market customers, driving product adoption, renewal negotiations, and revenue growth through strategic guidance and strong customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and fostering loyalty.
- Implement and train customers on best practices, ensuring adoption goals are met and sustained.
- Analyze user engagement metrics, identify actionable insights, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Lead annual or semi-annual business reviews with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to drive continued value from our products.
- Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and develop new processes to optimize success in the small to mid-market segment.
- Continuously assess, document, and analyze customer progress toward revenue targets and results.
- Monitor customer health, proactively address issues, and serve as an escalation point for critical matters.
