Account Management Position Overview:

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a skilled Account Manager to lead a portfolio of small to mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 30–100 small to mid-market customers, driving product adoption, renewal negotiations, and revenue growth through strategic guidance and strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and fostering loyalty.
  • Implement and train customers on best practices, ensuring adoption goals are met and sustained.
  • Analyze user engagement metrics, identify actionable insights, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Lead annual or semi-annual business reviews with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to drive continued value from our products.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and develop new processes to optimize success in the small to mid-market segment.
  • Continuously assess, document, and analyze customer progress toward revenue targets and results.
  • Monitor customer health, proactively address issues, and serve as an escalation point for critical matters.
