Job Overview

The Senior Graphics Design Manager will lead the development of creative solutions to meet market demands and brand-led initiatives. This role is responsible for guiding the creation, standardization, and maintenance of strategic principles, creative designs, and production assets that support brand-led initiatives and projects.

Creative Leadership Role
  • This position oversees a diverse range of brand visual identity assets across multiple brands, expressed through various customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing executions.
  • Takes a strong design stance, challenging the status quo and suggesting constant design improvements.
  • Deliver innovative direction and concepts that inspire teams and stakeholders to create forward-thinking ideas both conceptually and technically.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content aligned with the brand image.
Clear Visual Communication Expertise
  • Responsible for working with internal and external resources to develop visually compelling creative assets for various brands.
  • Deliver impactful presentations that clearly articulate strategies and direction.
  • Oversee the development of diverse brand creative assets for multiple brands.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with internal parties on design execution details and the creative process.
Diverse Creative Brand Expressions
  • Investigate and develop a range of creative brand expressions, from typography to social media feeds.
  • Passionate about design, with a keen interest in learning, understanding, and exploring forthcoming brand trends and art direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic, Web, or Multimedia Design, Creative Media, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in leadership roles in Graphic Design or Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Internet-savviness with a keen interest in internet marketing and social media.
  • Design thinking practice certifications (IDEOU, LUMA) are desirable.
  • Hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig City may be assigned.
