Responsibilities:
- Identify potential new clients and business opportunities, and build business relationships to generate profit for the company.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, including visits and communication.
- Present the Corporate Profile, Products & Services, and solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with the Technical & Pre-Sales team in preparing sales proposals.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Establish healthy relationships with principals, suppliers, and business partners to support ongoing projects.
- Submit weekly activity reports and sales pipelines.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through seminars, webinars, and training.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Create a positive work environment that encourages participation and values contributions from all employees.
- Understand and assist in implementing policies and procedures, such as CRM and escalation procedures, to ensure efficient operations.
- Think proactively—identify tasks beyond the job description and implement them without prior instructions from management.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Coordinate and attend all marketing events conducted by management, suppliers, or principals.
- Attend industry functions and provide feedback on market and creative trends.
- Consult with mid and senior management on business trends to develop new services, products, and channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase sales.
- Leverage knowledge of the market and competitors to develop the company's unique selling propositions.
- Submit weekly progress reports with accurate data.
- Oversee and coordinate project management activities, including ordering, equipment monitoring, technical installations, client payments, and support issues.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Experience in IT sales (software, hardware, etc.).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good to excellent communication and written skills.
