Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  • Build Relationships with Suppliers and Vendors: Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage Crisis Communications: Develop and implement crisis communications strategies to mitigate potential risks and protect the company's reputation.
  • Mentor and Lead Teams: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative thinking abilities, with the capacity to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
