Visionary Graphic Design Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts for campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing client feedback and revisions.

• Design Adaptation: Understand client requirements to create elegant, detailed, accessible marketing materials tailored to the target audience while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Brand Integration: Develop and execute design concepts for campaigns that effectively communicate and enhance clients' brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design principles and the creative development process, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. They should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concept visualizations through various mediums.

Responsibilities

• Partnership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted partner to directors, principals, and senior managers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as content, marketing, data) to gather requirements and define design objectives aligned with project goals.
• Client Management: Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills. Foster a positive, collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital projects.
• Experience in managing and guiding a team of junior designers, with a strong grasp of design principles and the creative development process.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word), or equivalent tools.
• Ability to present design concept visualizations through various mediums.
• Capability to integrate technical and visual solutions into design concepts.
• Strong sense of design, including layout, typography, and color harmony.
• In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with impeccable attention to detail and design sensibility.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
