As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's visual identity
across all channels. You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with cross-
functional teams to ensure our brand image is consistently communicated and visually compelling. The
ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven fashion retail track record, a keen eye for design, a
passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of current industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Visual Identity: Develop and maintain a solid and cohesive visual identity for the brand across
all platforms, ensuring consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography.
2. Campaign Conceptualization: Lead the creative development of collection campaigns, collaborating
with marketing and merchandising teams to align with business objectives while maintaining high
creativity and innovation.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers, photographers, and other creative
professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
4. Art Direction: Provide clear artistic direction for photoshoots, videos, website wireframes, offline
collaterals, store window designs, and other creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics
and messaging.
5. Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform
and guide the brand's creative direction.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and e-
commerce, to ensure creative initiatives align with overall business strategies.
7. Budget Management: Responsible for managing the creative budget, ensuring optimal allocation of
resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree
is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing
successful campaigns and projects.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing creative teams and fostering a
collaborative and innovative work environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strong
understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translating business objectives into
creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
effectively present and articulate creative concepts.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
