We are a leading content provider to the iGaming Industry, offering a multi-product portfolio that is innovative, regulated and mobile-focused.
About the Opportunity:
This Business Development Manager role requires a strong understanding of the iGaming market, with experience in sales and business development within the industry.
- Develop strong relationships with key customer influencers and decision makers on all levels within the customer organization.
- Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Use a value-based selling approach to position our company as the most trustworthy and superior partner – Sell on value, not on cost.
- Determine sales strategies and tactics to meet agreed goals and objectives.
- Fully understand the customer business environment to maximize our competitive advantages.
- Cooperate with internal functions as appropriate to maximize customer responsiveness.
- Undertake and drive customer meetings, presentations, and visits as required.
- Be accountable for and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to successful closure of contracts.
- Prospect and undertake cold calling as applicable.
- Participate in major exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc. as required.
- Report weekly on changes to the customer prospect list, status of deals, and necessary actions to be taken.
The Successful Candidate:
- At least 3-5 years of iGaming sales/BDM experience.
- Retail/land-based experience is a plus.
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also independently.
- Great interpersonal and diplomacy skills, with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
- A creative, customer-focused outlook.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and any Asian language(s) (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.).
- Must have a good eye for detail and be highly organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Collaboration and motivation skills.
- A vast B2C client network in Asia is a must.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strategic planning abilities.
- Delegation skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good people skills.
