Freelance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Business Development/Sales Manager to drive business growth in the BPO/IT services and staffing sectors. This role is ideal for professionals with strong networks in these industries, preferably with clients in the US, AU, or UK markets.

The position offers a competitive retainer fee, complemented by a lucrative commission-based structure. Our ideal candidate will develop and execute business development strategies, leveraging their existing networks to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients in the BPO/IT services and staffing industries.
  • Leverage existing networks in the US, AU, or UK markets to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales targets, client engagements, and potential market opportunities.
