Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Key Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for assigned seller portfolios on the Lazada platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry/category and the ability to use market knowledge and insights to drive strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Own overall business performance and serve as the main point of contact for assigned sellers.
  • Develop and manage key accounts through targeted strategies to achieve growth in sales, orders, and buyers.
  • Drive assortment expansion, adoption of key mechanics, tools, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet growth objectives such as DAU, conversion rate, and on-time shipping performance.
  • Lead negotiations, manage relationships, and facilitate campaign execution that engages sellers.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce, sales, account management, retail, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, successful negotiations, problem-solving, relationship management, and adaptability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with self-driven motivation to drive impact and create value.
