
Senior Insurance Business Growth Specialist

About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Business Growth Specialist to expand our growing list of partners and advance our mission.
This is a key position that will work closely with the Brokerage Team to develop strategies to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Growth
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities across our suite of insurance products.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Client & Partner Relationship Management
- Foster strong relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and position our products as effective solutions.
- Strategic Market Insights & Reporting
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline status and sales performance.
- Internal Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Contribute to product improvement initiatives by sharing market feedback and insights.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of Account Management, Business Development, or Client Acquisitions experience.
- In-depth knowledge of local insurance products and regulations.
- Critical thinking skills and growth mindset.
