About this role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Business Growth Specialist to expand our growing list of partners and advance our mission.

This is a key position that will work closely with the Brokerage Team to develop strategies to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Growth
    • Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities across our suite of insurance products.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Client & Partner Relationship Management
    • Foster strong relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and position our products as effective solutions.
  • Strategic Market Insights & Reporting
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline status and sales performance.
  • Internal Collaboration & Execution
    • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
    • Contribute to product improvement initiatives by sharing market feedback and insights.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of Account Management, Business Development, or Client Acquisitions experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of local insurance products and regulations.
  • Critical thinking skills and growth mindset.
