Nutrafinity is a leading distributor in Southeast Asia, known for its nationwide reach and global sourcing capabilities. The company partners with major retailers and brands to deliver comprehensive distribution services from sourcing to shelf across both Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
Job Summary- Assist in the implementation and tracking of trade promotions and merchandising programs across Modern Trade and Gen Trade channels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely rollout of Point-of-Sale materials and trade activities.
- Monitor trade program performance, gather field reports, and consolidate activity evaluations.
- Maintain accurate databases of trade spending, promotional calendars, and channel-specific activities.
- Support the preparation of trade decks, reports, and sales materials for internal alignment and reviews.
- Trade Promotion Management: Develop and execute trade promotion strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share.
- Category Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze category trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective category management plans.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to inform business decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or marketing administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
