About this role

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and developing integrated solutions for clients.

Working closely with the business development and sales teams, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop innovative solutions to meet client needs, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies that drive revenue and expand our client base.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to secure new contracts.
  • Develop and present proposals and pitches to clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or supply chain management is required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field is required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
