Key Position

Job Overview: We seek a highly skilled HR Director to lead our Human Resources function. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can manage daily operations and contribute to strategic planning.

Preferred Background: A strong background in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and people management is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and proactive in presenting data and recommendations.

Core Responsibilities
  • HR Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of HR specialists, coordinate priorities, and ensure timely execution of HR projects and tasks; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the HR team.
  • HR Operations: Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, employee records management, timekeeping, compliance, and offboarding; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Employee Relations: Act as primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues; lead due process administration and conduct incident investigations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, statutory benefits, and leave management processes; evaluate compensation structures for internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs and provide aligned HR strategies; contribute to workforce planning, employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR generalist roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and proactive in presenting data and recommendations.
  • Ability to balance compliance and employee-centric practices.
  • Experience working in a dynamic or scaling organization is desirable.
