Work as a strategic HR professional to support the growth of our organization. This role requires a highly organized and motivated individual who can lead due process documents, conduct background checks, and perform administrative tasks related to employee engagement.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR generalist to join our team and take on a supervisory role. The successful candidate will have experience in leading employee engagement initiatives, managing projects, and maintaining compliance with local employment laws.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. They will have strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and has a passion for developing and implementing effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new HR technologies.
  • Support labor relations and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience (BPO experience preferred).
  • Experience in leading employee engagement.
  • Strong background in employee engagement and labor relations.
