Senior HR Supervisor Job Summary:This is a senior level Human Resources role that oversees various HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and policy implementation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior HR Manager in overseeing accurate and timely procedures and processes of selected HR operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and plans for the company through analysis and research of trends in different HR functions and operations.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant employee and data records and create comprehensive reports that translate the data to inferential knowledge that can be utilized by the company.
  • Supervise HR team members in duties and performance, while working with other HR supervisors and the Senior HR Manager in setting and achieving overall team goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the HR Industry, focused on compensation, benefits & total rewards, and/or training & development.
  • Strong background in HR data analytics and statistics.
  • At least 3 years of supervisorial experience or any other HR-related leadership role.
  • Effective skills in organization, communication, and leadership.
