Senior Operations Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:Delivery Excellence
  • Identify and drive organizational and cultural changes needed to adapt strategically to changing market demands, technology, and internal initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, deploy automation solutions, and gather analytical insights.
  • Persuasively communicate and present strategic solutions to industry prospects.
Customer Engagement and Issue Resolution
  • Solve complex customer service issues by proactively identifying root causes and addressing them.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and compliance in all business dealings.
  • Lead interactions with customers during performance reviews.
  • Act as Point of Contact for first-level escalations.
  • Manage communications and issues in a customer-oriented manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients; sustain and grow business partnerships.
Leadership Development
  • Develop trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work collaboratively.
  • Commercial experience in managing projects within budgetary constraints is beneficial.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • 10-12 years of experience handling operations or similar disciplines with project management experience.
  • Specialized skills in running large-scale production operations are essential.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
  • Experience managing technical resources with a span of 150 FTEs.
