This is a dual-function role combining operational strategy with hands-on project leadership. You will be the central point ensuring that our business runs smoothly internally while driving the end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects, particularly across Zoom deployments.
From leading project kick-offs, training end users, and managing client communications, through to process improvement and operational playbook design, this role offers variety, influence, and impact.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects (Zoom products), including planning, execution, training, and closure.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main client contact; lead kick-off calls, run regular project updates, and deliver training sessions.
• Process Design: Streamline and document operational workflows across Managed Services, Professional Services, and Support.
• Customer Journey: Map and optimise the full post-sales experience, from onboarding to renewals.
• Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to service teams in project management, customer success, and support.
• Operational Improvements: Drive cost efficiency, automation, and reporting frameworks to support scalable growth.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience across Operations Management, Project Management, or Customer Success, ideally in a technology or Managed Services environment.
• Proven experience managing client-facing technology projects end-to-end.
• Strong process improvement and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and client management ability.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and project management tools like Asana.
• Bonus: experience with process automation or building customer portals.
