The Technical and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of technical and operational activities to ensure the efficient performance of systems, processes, facilities, and target deliverables. The role involves providing engineering support, monitoring day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with standards, target and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily technical and operational activities to ensure smooth execution of processes and projects.
  • Provide engineering support in the design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Develop, review, and implement operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Monitor all sites and the delivery of target units for the construction and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation related to operations and project status.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, energy efficiency, and process optimization.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to staff and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical operations, engineering, or project management and real estate project management.
  • Strong knowledge of operational systems, maintenance practices, and engineering principles and reporting.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, quality management systems, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
