
Financial Operations Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for executing accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payment processing, vendor maintenance, and query resolution. You will also process invoices in various ERPs or tools, manage exceptions in the workflow, clear them, handle calls and queries from vendors, set up vendors by adding, editing, or deleting/closing their information, prepare payment details, load payment due data into check print, perform T&E related tasks such as CA/CA liquidation & reimbursement processing, generate month-end reports, attend internal huddles for process updates, and take initiative to ensure cross-training/self-learning is completed as per goals assigned.Required Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- With knowledge in procurement to pay cycle and has orientation in meeting deadlines / SLA in high volume environment.
- Have a customer-oriented attitude, handling first level of communications and issues.
- Capacity to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Pro-active attitude in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members and work as a team-player.
- Can work under pressure, detailed oriented and results driven.
- Has good knowledge of Excel.
- Can do accounts reconciliation and can work independently with minimum supervision and direction.
- CPA preferred with exposure in the BPO industry/shared services or multinational company.
- Minimum required relevant work experience of 3 years.
