Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented technology expert with excellent customer service skills and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve common IT issues remotely, including PC, Mac, and Chromebook troubleshooting.

  • Assist other IT support staff with operational procedures and troubleshooting issues.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.

  • Expertise in MDM solutions (JAMF, Kaseya) and IDP/SCIM Provisioning.
