Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Support Engineer. This role is focused on providing top-notch support for our MES system, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support for our MES system, addressing complex issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, increasing overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our MES system, staying up-to-date with new features and technologies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills to support the MES system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in software project delivery for process-oriented environments.
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably with postgraduate degree in IT or sufficient IT experience.
  • Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases, T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers, and Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
  • Experience with ETL, SSIS, C#, Javascript, HTML, XAML, WPF, HTML5, .Net Framework, SSRS Reporting, Visual Studio, and Telerik Software tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, and good comprehension of technical information related to computer software and hardware.
