Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide advanced technical support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work within an ITIL-aligned service delivery framework.
- Provide exceptional customer support experience by interacting with consumers of various levels within the organization.
- Monitor and manage personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing systems, and ensure timely resolution and updates for consumers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles to enhance customer support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any IT-related field with experience working as a technical service provider.
- 3 years of relevant experience in resolving software and hardware issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10-11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Proficiency in using service desk ticketing tools.
