About the Role

Our team is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our growing organization. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with technical issues, and your goal will be to resolve their problems efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting)
