Global Partnership Development Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an experienced Account Executive to play a key role in growing our global network of recruitment partners and driving student enrollment targets.

As a successful Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of recruitment agencies, sourcing and signing new agents in strategic international markets, conducting business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications, and monitoring agency performance and optimizing conversion rates.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales-driven environment, enjoys talking to people, and loves the challenge of turning conversations into results. You will have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment.

A strong interpersonal and communication skillset is essential, with English fluency required. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts is also highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making, as well as an organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset. Bonus points for experience in international education or working with student recruitment agents, knowledge of visa processes and student mobility trends, experience working in multicultural, global environments, and additional language skills.

  • Manage and grow a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
  • SOURCE AND SIGN NEW AGENTS IN STRATEGIC INTERNATIONAL MARKETS
  • Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
  • Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs
  • Provide occasional student counseling when required
  • Attend team meetings online and in person (e.g., hubs)
