Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter/HR Specialist to join our team. You will find and engage top talent to support our aggressive growth plans.

  • Develop and implement strategic hiring strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for teaching and administrative roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize various channels to build a rich candidate pipeline, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Genie Academy as an employer of choice.
  • Use Topgrading methodology to prescreen and hire candidates.

Requirements:

Strong background in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector.

Familiarity with recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
