Building Regional Partnerships

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive growth across East & Southeast Asia. This role involves building and managing partnerships with licensed agents, wealth managers, and family offices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners.
- Developing and managing a pipeline of ultra-high-net-worth/high-net-worth clients through regional partners.
- Maintaining partner performance and providing sales enablement tools, training, and product updates.
- Representing the organization at regional conferences and networking events.
- Providing market insights, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to headquarters.
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications and skills required include:
- Mandarin (native or advanced) for China coverage.
- English (fluent) for regional coordination.
- Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Bahasa Indonesia as a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in channel/partner sales within wealth management, real estate, or investment migration.
- An existing network of licensed migration agents and UHNW advisors.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- The ability to work independently across multiple jurisdictions.
