Job Overview:

This role will involve delivering superior client service and fostering strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster Meaningful Connections: Establish and maintain trusting advisor relationships with clients.
  2. Serve as Primary Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Proactive Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their objectives and challenges.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and technical support teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
  5. Ongoing Check-Ins and Performance Evaluations: Regularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Client Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of clients and provide feedback to internal teams on how to enhance our products and services.
  7. Client Health Metrics: Monitor client health metrics and proactively address any potential risks to client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Avoidable Customer Relations Professional, Account Manager, or similar.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite: Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer Success Principles and Methodologies: Understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
