As a customer-facing professional, you will be responsible for overseeing project plans, client-specific training, and process documentation to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

- Drafting master services agreements (MSAs) and position descriptions (PDs) based on client needs.
- Leading client onboarding, including intro meetings, documentation, and action item tracking.
- Developing and executing training plans to equip trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, providing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
