About the Job

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily online store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar. Additionally, they should be hands-on with Shopify and familiar with Shopify apps and integrations, such as product review tools, metafields, and upsell apps.

A strong written and verbal communication skill is necessary for this role, along with excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies. The successful candidate should also be able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively while working independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields.
  • Launch Coordination: Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time.
  • Content Updates: Update content blocks and banners on the homepage, landing pages, and other required areas.
  • Email Support: Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with Marketing teams and be aware of trading calendar (go-to-market) plans and strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics to inform decision-making and improve KPIs.
  • Digital Activities: Support the creation of Digital Marketing activities, such as meta audience creation and Google Ads set up.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • E-commerce Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar.
  • Shopify Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
  • App Familiarity: Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations, such as product review tools, metafields, and upsell apps.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Independence: Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
