Job Title: Senior Technical Writer
About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience writing technical documentation for multiple audiences and working with engineering teams to gather complex technical information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality user-friendly documentation for our Communications API and Design System.
  • Engage with developers across multiple domains of expertise to gain a deep understanding of our products.
  • Collaborate with the developer community to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that all documentation is aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Owning and managing our API documentation, to ensure that it follows a consistent, well-structured format and meets customer expectations.
  • Write user-friendly content that transforms complex, technical information into something accessible, engaging, and delightful.
  • Provide code-snippets and on-page technical content for our developer portal.
  • Advocate for our technical users and participate in customer-centric research.
  • Aid in the creation and maintenance of a company-wide design system.
  • Collaborate with brand copywriters to ensure that all written content has a consistent and accessible tone-of-voice.
  • Make critical decisions and establish documentation strategies that ensure information is accurate, gathered efficiently, and available promptly.
  • Facilitate technical training for internal teams about our API and related topics, ensuring that our teams can better meet customer needs.
  • Support internal teams with better documentation tools, processes, and strategies.
