Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will lead and manage award submissions for top-tier national and international programs. They will identify projects suitable for submission, craft compelling packages, and reflect the intent, innovation, and visual power of the work.

  • Develop an annual awards calendar based on strategic relevance and deadlines.
  • Identify eligible projects and awards across residential and design sectors.
  • Prepare and manage award submissions, including image curation, text development, project storytelling, and online form completion.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to gather assets, photography, and plans.
  • Maintain records of submissions, deadlines, and results.
  • Advise on photography, presentation, and narrative positioning to maximize chances of winning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Proven experience managing architecture and design award submissions.
  • Strong familiarity with award platforms, such as AIA, Architizer, Dezeen, Dwell, Interior Design, Best of Year, The Plan, WAN, etc.
  • Excellent writing skills with an eye for architectural storytelling.
  • Ability to distill complex project ideas into clear, engaging language.
  • Comfort working with architects, creatives, and photographers.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • A portfolio of successful past submissions or awards won.
