The successful candidate will work closely with the Creative Director and existing team to generate engaging customer-focused digital content. Experience in user-generated content within the automotive industry is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms, prepare a content calendar, and produce compelling copy.
- Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create visual imagery, graphics, and videos.
- Adhere to brand guidelines for tone, voice, and visual content.
- Write clear and concise copy for posts, captions, blogs, and other digital content.
- Craft stories that resonate with the target audience and effectively convey the brand's narrative.
- Support content strategists, apply SEO best practices, manage paid media strategies, collaborate with media agencies.
- Optimize digital content for different platforms, ensuring accurate use of hashtags, keywords, and tags.
- Manage community interactions effectively.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brands for partnerships or sponsored content.
- Liaise with influencers and media agencies to boost digital content.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance and generate reports, providing insights for future content optimization. Track metrics such as engagement, likes, shares, comments, and growth in followers.
- Use social media management tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and distribute digital content across various platforms.
- Ensure efficient use of resources for content creation and promotion.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure digital content aligns with brand goals.
- Discuss content strategy, performance, and revisions with clients if applicable.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
- Test new digital content formats and experiment with different types of media to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Analyze and integrate feedback from followers, clients, and team members to continually improve content quality.
- Exhibit passion for and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools.
- Experience in UGC within the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
- Outstanding all-round design skills with in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite are required.
- Strong motion graphics and video editing skills are essential.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience in producing digital and social media content is necessary.
- Delivering B2C and B2B collaterals in fast-paced environments is expected.
- Understanding technical constraints and design regulations for social media assets is crucial.
- Presenting a clear design rationale is expected.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to drive digital excellence is a requirement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and work well under pressure is required.
- High self-motivation and organization are essential.
- Interest in digital trends is desired.
- Previous experience in creative agencies and high-profile client accounts is beneficial.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Digital Content Creator/Art Director is required.
