Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and organized Caregiver Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in scheduling within the Homecare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring efficient patient and caregiver coverage.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules for healthcare staff, including nurses, caregivers, and therapists.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and respond promptly to last-minute changes or call-offs.
  • Maintain accurate records in scheduling software and update calendars in real time.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in homecare scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, terminology, and staffing models.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., ClearCare, AlayaCare, HomeTrak).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in home care, hospice, or long-term care settings.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
