About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take ownership of our product portfolio, ensuring their success day-to-day. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Product analysis: Review and interpret Amazon ASIN-level data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and develop data-driven strategies for growth and troubleshooting.
  2. Laboratory management: Oversee the health and success of product listings on Amazon, including monitoring key metrics, keeping up with market trends and customer preferences, competitive analysis, pricing adjustments, reporting, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  3. Growth strategy implementation: Implement strategies to enhance sales and reduce costs, including price optimization, PPC campaigns, packaging improvements, coupons and deals, customer engagement, and eliminating unprofitable products.
  4. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports production: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, working with the finance team to maintain accurate P&Ls for your product portfolio.
  5. Proactive problem-solving: Stay ahead of potential issues by understanding the broader ecosystem in which your products compete, including changes in competitor dynamics, industry trends, and Amazon policies.
  6. Business transition management: Lead integration efforts when acquiring new product lines, including auditing the acquired business, optimizing listings, and ensuring seamless transitions of accounts and customer processes.
  7. Legal and compliance coordination: Work with the legal team to address intellectual property issues, product suspensions, and unauthorized sellers.
  8. Customer experience collaboration: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager and offshore customer service team to deliver outstanding customer support for your products.
  9. Launch and expansion partnership: Partner with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies, support impactful product launches, and facilitate international expansion.
  10. Supply chain coordination: Ensure products meet quality standards, remain in stock, have updated packaging, and comply with all necessary certifications.
About You
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or an analytical role in a fast-paced environment, preferably a startup.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of e-commerce experience, with a strong focus on the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with a knack for engaging content and innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data-driven tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with baby product categories and a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of parents and caregivers.
