Responsible AI Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to help model builders ship responsibly without losing speed.

This role involves turning curiosity about safe AI into qualified opportunities for clients in the fastest-growing sectors, including social media, e-commerce, gaming, streaming media, food delivery, ride-sharing, HiTech, FinTech, and HealthTech.

  • Hit monthly targets for sales-accepted leads (SLAs) and first meetings booked by qualifying inbound leads using discovery questions that tease out technical scope, risk drivers, and buying timelines.

  • Create balance by converting inbound interest quickly and running focused outbound plays when pipeline needs a boost.

  • Inform the roadmap by surfacing prospect pains and trends to Marketing, Product, and Solutions so we keep building what the market actually needs.

  • Raise the bar for safety by helping more labs and AI-enabled enterprises discover best-in-class services like evals, red-teaming, and drift-monitoring services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in any field that proves reliability - sales, support, operations, retail, hospitality, or military service all count.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, hitting deadlines, and using productivity tools (Google Workspace, basic CRM, etc).

  • Customer or client-facing exposure where you listened, probed, and solved problems.
